The C5 Company is a full service home building and construction company based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serving Northeast Maricopa County. We specialize in home building, renovations, design-build from small to large scale, as well as repairs. With 36 years of industry experience, we know what it takes to get the work done. We are best known for the quality of our work, our attention to detail, and our ability to see each project through to completion. We believe in old fashioned values — honesty and reliability, strong relationships with our partners and clients, and building beautiful environments that last generations.

PROJECTS

Kevin and C5 have successfully constructed new homes in areas of Scottsdale and Phoenix such as Desert Mountain, Desert Highlands, Firerock, Sincuidados, and Ancala.

C5 also built a solar home on the side of The Superstition Mountain and 2 spec homes in Hassayampa in Prescott.

C5 has, and is currently working on, renovations in such areas as Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain, Firerock, and Ironwood Village.

About The Company

Kevin is originally from the highly competitive and densely populated northeast part of America. His time spent growing up in a large family around New York and New Jersey was very warm and rewarding. His main focus of life was competitive sports, which he has used as a springboard to his team approach in his building business. 

Kevin’s team approach to his business has helped him assemble a team of crew and craftsman who operate as one. Referrals were and are his only source of advertising, still successful today.

In reviewing his business development plan one winter, Kevin realized it was time to move west, where the building environment was a wide-open slate, and constructing new homes in a high growth area would fit the model. Arizona became top on his list, following a rafting trip in the GRAND CANYON on a family vacation in the mid eighties. So packing up the family, moving to Arizona, finding a suitable business partner, and purchasing new building parcels was just part of the grand plan. Today Kevin has resided in Scottsdale, AZ for the past 25 years.

Kevin’s success story is a simple one. One constructed of hard work, devotion, dedication, a grand plan, a love of the building business, and the relentless pursuit of quality. A philosophy that he learned back on the east coast , built his business model from, and one that he always follows to this day.
