MJ Powder Room
This home needed a powder room. Here in the front hall was a large unused cloak closet that was converted to a beautiful powder room with gorgeous wainscoting tile work. As it was impossible to dig through the cement slab with the post tension cabling, the pump toilet, popular in European renovations, was added and the pipe was tied in to the adjoining laundry room.
